• Placement of order

For a first time customer, send an email to us stating

1. Name.
2. Mailing address.
3. Mobile number.
4. Item Description and colour.

Alternatively, you can SMS the details at (+65) 98196950.

• Refund and exchange policy

1. Goods sold are not refundable under any circumstances.
2. Items are exchangeable within 3 days from the date of receipt.

• Terms and conditions

1. Payment must be made within 72 hours after order confirmation is received.
2. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order.
3. All confirmation will be made through EMAIL or SMS.
4. All deliveries will be sent by our personal delivery services.
5. Self-Collection is also available. Collection point will be at Choa Chu Kang Mrt/Lrt.
   

• Payment

1. All transaction to be done through POSB savings transfer.
2. Delivery charges is at S$2.50 for the 1st item and S$1.00 for the subsequent items. NO delivery charges for self-collection.
3. All prices stated are exclusive of the delivery charge.
4. Please keep the receipt of the transaction for future reference.

• DELIVERY & SELF-COLLECTION

Due to the increasing number of orders/customers each month, we've introduced a new system to our Delivery & Self-Collection policy:

Delivery

All deliveries will be done on every THURSDAYs & FRIDAYs. In order for your items to be sent out for delivery, all payments will have to be made latest by Wednesday, 22 30hrs. Only then will your items be sent out for delivery on the following day or Friday.

Self-Collection

All self-collection will be done on every WEDNESDAYs, from 20 00hrs - 20 30hrs, at Choa Chu Kang Mrt/Lrt. In order for your items to be sent out for self-collection, all payments will have to be made latest by Tuesday, 22 30hrs. Only then will your items be sent out for self-collection the following day.

• WRAPPING SERVICES

1. All orders and payments for gifts have to be settled 5 days before the delivery date.
2. Add-ons like teddy bears, chocolates etc are available.
3. Cards with your personalized message will be FREE.
4. Cost of wrapping package applies.
5. Customer can request to do a surprise, sending the gifts via our delivery services.
